Mikaela Frame has a BS in Nutrition and Food. Mikaela is incredibly passionate about helping others become happy and healthy in a way that feels best for them. She aims to help others optimize their health so they can live a full life with the ones they love and create a life they love.
Mikaela is currently in the process of getting her personal training certification and hopes to help people find ways to nourish and move their body in a way that feels best for them. For fun, she loves to go on walks, blast music while singing and dancing in the kitchen, read, go to coffee with friends, work out, or do anything outside! She loves the sun and could be outside all day.
