Kayla Newnam is a Registered and Licensed Dietician with a BS from the University of Houston. Kayla began her undergraduate pursuing nursing before transitioning to a focus on nutrition. She loves helping people reach peak performance and optimal health so they can experience a life filled with truly living!
Kayla has worked with many athletes and is passionate about taking their performance to the next level through nutrition. She enjoys showing people how to meet their goals by finding a solution that’s sustainable & realistic for their lifestyle by forming habits that will truly stick.. whether a mom, dad, high performing employee, athlete, or student.
